Our waterproof tile backer board is a rigid, ultra-lightweight structural substrate engineered specifically for ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and mosaic installations in high-moisture areas.
Unlike traditional cement boards that absorb moisture and require secondary waterproof membranes, our panels feature a 100% closed-cell extruded polystyrene (XPS) core. Both surfaces are reinforced with alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh and coated with a modified polymer cement mortar. This advanced engineered structure prevents water absorption while delivering exceptional dimensional stability for bathrooms, walk-in showers, commercial wet rooms, and underfloor heating systems.

Fiberglass Mesh Reinforcement

Polymer Cement Coating
