Substrate Preparation:
Before construction, ensure the substrate is flat, dry, and free of oil stains; otherwise, the bonding strength between the board and the substrate will be affected.
Joint Treatment:
Leave a 3-5mm gap between boards and fill it with waterproof sealant to prevent cracking due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Cure Period:
After construction, maintain good ventilation and avoid direct sunlight or rain. The curing time is typically 7-14 days to ensure the waterproof layer is fully cured.
